Our Mission

Help provide accessible disability resources enabling people with disabilities globally to lead fulfilling, sustainable, productive lives.

Be More Adaptive (BMA) is a mission-driven organization dedicated to fostering a more inclusive world. We strive to achieve this by:

  • Enhancing Accessibility: BMA aims to remove barriers and create a more accessible environment for all individuals within the disability community.

  • Expanding Knowledge: We are committed to raising public awareness and fostering a deeper understanding of the disability community.

  • Centralized Resources: BMA serves as a comprehensive resource hub, connecting individuals with a wide range of disability-related support services in one convenient location.

Driven by the disability community itself, BMA is built upon the core principle of empowering individuals and working collaboratively towards a future characterized by greater adaptability and inclusivity.

Our Vision

Be More Adaptive envisions a world where disability is not a barrier, but a strength, with full accessibility and inclusion for everyone.

Leveraging the collective resources of the disability community holds immense potential to address many of the challenges faced by its members. We envision a future where this community functions not only cohesively, but also as a productive and impactful force. Be More Adaptive is committed to not only fostering resource and knowledge sharing within the community but also to raising public awareness about the need for global accessibility. Through collaborative efforts, we can build a world that is truly accessible for all.

Why We Exist

"When I became a new amputee, I learned very quickly that the world was difficult to navigate with a physical disability.

I began doing my own research hoping to find ways to feel like I had a chance in the world. I distinctly remember how lost I felt in my quest to adapt and I never want anyone to feel as lost as I was.

So, with the help of my friends, family, and the community, BMA was born, and with it, a dream made a reality.
