Stop searching. Start discovering.

We are building the world’s most comprehensive, community-driven resource hub.

GLODAR™

The Vision for an Accessible World

We believe that true inclusion only happens when information is reachable, usable, and shared. GLODAR™ is being built to ensure that no matter who you are or where you are, the path to the resources you need is wide open.

How We Are Building Together:

  • Shared Wisdom, Not Gatekept Data: The community is the expert. We are pooling our lived experiences to create a map that reflects the real world, ensuring that when one of us finds a way, we all find a way.

  • Removing the "Search Burden": Access shouldn't be a full-time job. We are simplifying the discovery process so you can spend less time navigating hurdles and more time accessing education, tools, and experiences.

  • Expanding the Horizon: By increasing access to information, we are directly increasing access to growth. Every resource added to the map is a new door opened for someone else to learn, work, and thrive.

Ways to Support the GLODAR™ Mission

A Map is Only as Strong as the Community Behind It.

We are gathering the collective wisdom of our global community to build the most comprehensive bridge to adaptive resources ever created. Whether you are a provider of services or a builder of systems, there is a place for you in this collaboration.

The Story of GLODAR™: From Necessity to Network

Born from Experience. Built for the World.

Faced with the daunting task of navigating a fragmented and overwhelming landscape of adaptive resources, Caitlin realized a fundamental truth: the tools to thrive are out there, but the bridge to find them was broken.

What started as a personal quest for resources became the foundation of Be More Adaptive®. Caitlin knew there had to be a better way to collect, verify, and share this vital information, not just for herself, but for the millions of people worldwide facing the same barriers.

The Collaborative Evolution: To turn this personal mission into a global reality, we opened the doors to some of the brightest minds in the country. Our foundation was strengthened through years of rigorous development:

  • Colorado School of Mines: Working with computer science and engineering pioneers to turn a vision of access into a functional reality.

  • Vanderbilt University & University of St. Thomas (Houston): Deepening our research into social impact and community ethics to ensure our map serves the equal good.

  • A Global Effort: Refined by the insights of international agencies and nonprofits, the project evolved from a database into GLODAR™, a community-driven hub that honors the lived experience of every user.

Today, we are no longer just searching for resources. We are mapping the future of access.

Innovation in the Lab: The Mines Collaboration

Building the Foundation: A One-of-a-Kind Collaboration

Before it was GLODAR™, the vision for a global resource map was being forged in the computer science labs of the Colorado School of Mines. This unique field session brought together educators, technologists, and pioneers to develop the very first version of our platform. It wasn’t just about the technology; it was a transformative experience that redefined how we approach professional development and accessibility engineering.

Map Your Impact (Submit a Resource)

If you provide a service, product, or support system that empowers the disability community, we want to ensure you are reachable by those who need you most. Contributing your information helps us eliminate "resource deserts" and ensures that access to education and experience is never limited by a lack of information.

  • Who should fill this out: Organizations, advocates, medical practices, educators, and creators of adaptive technology.

  • The Goal: To populate the GLODAR™ map with high-quality, vetted resources from every corner of the globe.

Join the Collaborative (Volunteer Your Skills)

Building a world-class resource hub requires diverse perspectives and specialized skills. We are looking for founding collaborators who believe that access to information is a fundamental right. Your expertise helps us refine the journey and ensure the platform serves the equal good of everyone.

  • Who should fill this out: Designers, developers, researchers, and accessibility advocates who want to lend their time to a global cause.

  • The Goal: To strengthen the foundation of GLODAR™ through shared expertise and technical support.
